At Cooky, operated by COOKY SERVICES LTD, we sell digital products, including recipe eBooks, cooking guides, meal ideas, and downloadable culinary content.
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Digital Products
No physical item is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to a digital product through email, download link, order confirmation page, customer account, or another online delivery method.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.
Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Not reading the product description.
- Expecting a physical product.
- Personal dislike of the recipes, format, or content.
- Device or software incompatibility.
- Failure to check ingredients, allergens, or dietary suitability.
Exceptions
We may review a refund request if:
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access due to a technical issue.
- The file is defective and we cannot replace it.
- You received the wrong product.
- There is clear evidence of an unauthorized transaction.
To request help, contact us at contact@cookyagency.com with your name, order email, order number if available, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method when possible.
